What do I need to get started?​

GTO Hero works completely from your browser, so you do not need any special setup at all. It's that easy. We do recommend two screens for the best experience, however, a single screen works too.

I only have one screen?​

GTO Hero works best when you have two screens. This allows you to have GTO Hero on one screen and your poker tables on the other screen. However, you can still easily get set up with one screen. You have two options:

  • When you share your screen, simply choose "Window" and select your poker table window. You may need to create your own screen map; this is easily done in the screen map editor.
  • Place GTO Hero on one half of your screen and your poker table(s) on the other half of the screen. Then share "Entire Screen". You may need to create your own screen map; this is easily done in the screen map editor.

It’s not working?​

The quick start guide should give you all the information you need to get started. The most common issue is a misaligned screen map. Please check the screen map help to ensure you have it set up correctly. If you still experience issues, please reach out to support.

Can you add support for my poker site?​

Let us know if you want support for your poker site. The more people that request it, the more likely it is to be added. We also offer an option to add a poker site for a fee; contact us for more information.
